We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, connected, and passionate leader who deeply cares about social change to work closely with our core team based in London.
100x, a world-leading impact initiative based at the London School of Economics, is seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader to join us in building our presence in Southeast Asia.
In 2024, 100x launched a new Southeast Asia initiative in partnership with UBS Optimus Foundation and others. The goal is to significantly contribute to the region’s growing social innovation ecosystem and deepen our commitment to scaling impact-first ventures.
That’s why we’re seeking a Southeast Asia Lead, ideally based in Singapore, to help build and lead 100x’s strategic and operational presence across the region.
The successful candidate will manage key stakeholder engagements, operations and strategy. They will work closely with the 100x core team based in London, bringing complementary knowledge, insights and network into the Southeast Asia social innovation ecosystem to deliver on 100x’s mission in the region.
We’re looking for an entrepreneurial, connected, and passionate leader who deeply cares about social change. They should be:
- Based in Singapore (ideally) and familiar with the regional impact ecosystem, especially in key markets such as Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
- Experienced in social innovation, impact investing, or enterprise development in Southeast Asia.
- Proactive at leading new initiatives and operating in dynamic contexts.
- Well-networked with funders, entrepreneurs, and sector leaders.
- Confident representing 100x in external engagements and leading relationship-building efforts.
- Organised and experienced in managing complex projects, stakeholder groups and delivery.
